Transaction Policies For first-time customers, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used. You can easily do this by clicking the "Same as shipping checkbox below the credit card information section.
We encourage volume orders and offer discounts for all items added to the cart when the total reaches each price break. All discounts are built into the site automatically. Our starting prices are very reasonable and we have a very diverse and extensive selection of items available.
If an item is out of stock, the tab will change in to a "Create Wishlist" button. You can "backorder" or prepay on items that are out of stock. You will recieve a collective discount only on items that are paid for and not on those that are just added to our wishlist database. We cannot not at this time gurantee an exact date of arrival, however we will ask you to allow us up to 4 weeks. If the beads are already made do not need to be crafted we will have them shipped sooner. If you have prepaid, and after four weeks, they have not yet arrived we will contact you and offer you a credit on any other merchandise we currently have in stock. We do order all items that run out, yet items that have had multiple requests and expecially those that have been prepaid for will given the foremost attention. We will do our bests to keep you informed of the status, regardless of whether you have secured a particular item, upon its arrival, we will auotgenerate an e-mail notifying all that have joined our e-mail list, requested the item, and of course those that have prepaid for it.
Before returning any item an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form must be obtained from our company. If you change your mind and would like a different product then what was ordered, you may return it for credit to be applied towards any other products we carry, within five working days from the date we ship out the package. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted unless the product is defective. The cost of returning is the customers responsibility. We will consider any defective product to be an exceptional case and will need determine the reason. If it is damaged from shipping or an error in construction we will credit you for the return shipping and the cost of the product. All returns, whether from a change in mind, or a defective or damaged product are eligible for a credit only. We do inspect each item for defects before shipping them out.
